These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of browser extensions and other software products ("Products") published by Yeodi ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Finland. By installing or using any of our Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our Products.
Our Products are provided for your personal and lawful use. You agree not to misuse our Products, reverse-engineer them, or use them in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. You use our Products entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yeodi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Products, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten euros (€10), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yeodi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our Products; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Your use of our Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on each Product's page. Our Products are designed to minimize data collection. Where a Product stores data locally on your device, we do not access, collect, or transmit that data.
Our Products may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Chrome Web Store. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in our Products, including all intellectual property rights, belong to Yeodi. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand features, or other proprietary content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Products at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
